Optional– Because we do not require report cards, and in order to determine progress, we strongly recommend that all students take the Terra Nova Test during April. The Terra Nova Test is the same testing that most Christian Schools use to test their students each spring. Students with special needs will be accommodated for or excused from testing. However, the final decision, to test or not to test, will be up to the parents.
Test Administration- All testing will be done with the other home study students and tests will be administered by qualified parents within the group under the supervision of the Home Study Administrator, Mary Carnighan.Testing is done over a three day period and given during the morning hours.
Testing Fee The Testing Fee is $35 per student and will be due March 1st.

At the start of each semester, parents of enrolled students must submit written goals for that semester. Forms are provided or you may submit your own forms. Goal Sheets are a simple form stating what grade level, what curriculum and what concepts your student is working on.
Registration Fee - By July 1st*: $40.00/child
Program Fee - $20 per family
*Note: Late fee of $30/family applies after July 1st

Tuition is paid in ten monthly payments and is due by the first day of each month beginning September 1st with the final payment due June 1st.
For Kindergarten Families: $55/month
Per family for all others enrolled: $65/month
Associate Fee: $55/month
NOTE: Tuition received after the sixth of the month will be accessed a $10.00 late charge.
Text and Teaching Materials - All text and teaching materials must be purchased by the family. We do not provide curriculum or financial subsidy. We do provide guidance in choosing material and/or curriculum that is right for you and your family.
Field Trips/Clubs/Other Events - We provide many opportunities for learning experiences outside the home through field trips, clubs, Friday School, and other activities. Families are responsible for paying for costs involved in the activities they choose to partake in.
***We also offer an Associate Membership for those families legally enrolled in Charter Schools, but looking for Christian social activities for their child to be involved in.The cost for this is $550 a year. There is no registration charge, only a $20 program fee at the time you turn in your Associate Application. Associates are entitled to participate in all Firm Foundation activities and events.
